We offer group and individual diabetes education. No matter where you are in your diabetes management goals, we will support you on the path to meeting them. We will work together to provide you with the support you need.

Our RDN will support you in building a healthier you. Our grocery store tour allows you the opportunity to practice selecting nutritious foods, reading food-labels, and even learn how not to get confused by food product marketing and advertising. You.want.this.tour.

Sometimes there are obstacles to meeting in person, but help is still available. Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist can meet you over a virtual connection. Same-day appointments possibly available!   

Using a client-centered approach, we'll provide you with the tools you need to achieve your nutritional goals and support you in creating new goals.
